Planetarium

Nay Pyi Taw Planetarium is designed by MTR Co. Ltd. and started the construction work in Nov 9 and opened to public on March 26^th 2009 which is the international year of Astronomy. The purposes of opening this Planetarium are of enhancing scientific planetarium knowledge to the public and education, recreation and so on. Inside the building, soft of interesting things like meteorite and meteor show, evolution of stars, the black holes, galaxies, a plane with prominent ring system, Mars, Meteorite and meteor show, explanation about universe, planetarium show that projected with digital project about galaxy, stars and another interesting video clip.
